Organizers can now cancel events directly from the event list via the
existing PATCH /events/{eventToken} API. The confirmation dialog shows
role-differentiated messaging: "Cancel event?" with a severity warning
for organizers vs. "Remove event?" for attendees. Responses 204, 409,
and 404 all result in successful removal from the local list.

Content Quality
- No implementation details (languages, frameworks, APIs)
- Focused on user value and business needs
- Written for non-technical stakeholders
- All mandatory sections completed
Requirement Completeness
- No [NEEDS CLARIFICATION] markers remain
- Requirements are testable and unambiguous
- Success criteria are measurable
- Success criteria are technology-agnostic (no implementation details)
- All acceptance scenarios are defined
- Edge cases are identified
- Scope is clearly bounded
- Dependencies and assumptions identified
Feature Readiness
- All functional requirements have clear acceptance criteria
- User scenarios cover primary flows
- Feature meets measurable outcomes defined in Success Criteria
- No implementation details leak into specification
Notes
- Assumptions section documents that no cancellation reason is needed from the list view (speed over detail). This is a reasonable default; can be revisited via
/speckit.clarify. - All items pass validation. Spec is ready for planning.
